Research interests: I am interested understanding the physics of the early Universe. To do this we have developed SONG, a second order numerical tool, that evolves neutrinos, photons, baryons, dark matter and metric perturbations form the end of inflation until today. SONG is currently used to calculate contaminations to the B-mode polarisation and non-Gaussianity of the CMB, which are of great importance to constrain models of cosmic inflation. Other future applications include the generation of primordial magnetic fields, lensing, modified gravity and setting up initial conditions for N-body simulations.
